Sehr erhellend.
Eine der Lehrreden von ihm:
"Everybody wants to reach out for future or live in the past.
Now listen, this is important, very important:
It is very important to occupy yourself one meter around you in all direction.
Many people have tried to occupy 50 meters. They always fail(ed).
Because if you are able to occupy one meter only, you don't want 50 meters anymore. 50 meters is too large. Too far away. Never go further than where your breath and your heart have already been a second ago.
Your breath flows away from you only for one meter.
Occupy the meter around you. And said that, you want to know what "occupy" means in this context?
Where you are.
Time, Life, Sun... And you.
meditate, pray, sing, dance. open up.
Isn't that place great?
Where and what you really are.
This is meaning of mandala: staying in the center. In my own heart-mind, there is a center. Staying in there gives me a lot of joy and love.
I sure wish you will be become a peron occupying one meter around you."
